The Cookhouse Food Hall at Vail HQ features four chef-owned and operated kitchens, joined together to create a unique dining experience. The Cookhouse features indoor and outdoor communal dining tables, and counter ordering.

TUE – THU: 11 AM – 7 PM

FRI – SUN: 11 AM – 8 PM
to fill your lunch, dinner, and late-night bites every day of the week.
